ichigo kurosaki (Bleach): well I'm not a Bleach fangirl, but I suppose it's kinda evident the physical resemblance between him and Shirou (colour wise I suppose). As for personality they don't have almost anythign in common (which is kinda good, I personally dislikes stereotypes), maybe Archer is a little more next to Ichigo but not that much, at least in my opinions.

dearka eltmann (Gundam SEED): Dearka (from Gundam Seed) is really similar to Archer, at least in my opinions. He doesn't have personality disorders, of course, but he's kinda proud of himself (although I somehow agree with his high consideration, he simply rocks) and this particular fact reminds me a lot of Archer's self consideration although he has a darker side and he doesn't fall for a sweet girl like Miraillia. They also have a big physical resemblance and the first time I saw Archer I immediately though he could be Dearka's big brother!

ikki (Saint Seiya): Ikki and Archer have a lot in common. They're people who mostly appear as their presence is indispensabile, they don't get along that well with people, they show respect only to those who're "above them" (Ikki with Athena and Archer with Rin) and they both have a tragic past or no expectation for future. Their actions are carried by sorrow and desperation, which is their real strenght, expanding their real possibilities through their will to fight and win. There are also a few doujishi featuring archer with Ikki's typical expressions and features!
